Our Enterprise performs a wide variety of tasks.There are many different types of work, including operations work, preventive maintenance, demand work, reactive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.

Our technicians are cross-trained in multiple disciplines, across multiple departments.

Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.

Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.)

Buildings Inspections are also involved with the daily maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of properties. They usually include building inspectors, plumbing, electrical or mechanical inspectors, HVAC inspectors in order to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)

Our primarily responsibility is Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty.

VEGETATION

NPN 'SARA' has been serving cleaning services for KFOR for over 11 years.

Roadside vegetation management involves caring for and controlling plants and grass along the highway.

Our grass-cutting program generally runs from the beginning of April and continues through to the end of October, although we respond to seasonal changes and may start or finish earlier than these times due to timings

We carry out grass-cutting in areas that are key to maintaining such as at green service areas, spraying of the grass between barbed wire.

MECHANICAL CONTROL
Mechanical control methods include hand cutting, mowing, spraying, burning.
· Hand Cutting
Hand cutting consists of the mechanical cutting of target species using chain saws and brush saws.
Target species are cut as close to the ground as practical.
Hand cutting is used in order to protect environmentally sensitive sites.
Hand cutting is used on those restricted sites where terrain, site size or sensitivity renders mowing impossible or impractical.

Mowing
Mowing consists of the mechanical cutting of target vegetation using push mowers, rider mowers, brush mowers.
Selection of specific equipment is based on terrain, target vegetation size.
Mowing will be used in areas where terrain and target stem size permit safe and efficient use of the above machinery.
Mowing will be conducted seasonally when weather conditions allow.

· Burning Burning can be used on a selective basis to control grassy weeds growing in between barbed wires. It cannot be used in dry or windy conditions. A permit for such use has to been approved by the Fire Department.

· Spraying
It means spraying grass where it cannot be manually intervened

SNOW REMOVAL

NPN 'SARA' has been serving Snow cleaning services for KFOR for over 11 years.

Beginning in November and continuing through March, enterprise monitors the weather forecasts for any approaching winter storm.

The weather monitoring service is vital to operations as it predicts local weather and road conditions.

This information assists the department in determining the type, timing and duration of snow and ice operations.

Our service include:

Snow clearing, ice blading, snow on roads, clearing of parking lots, and application of salt and sand.

Using of snow removal equipment such as shovels, plows, snow blowers, loaders, vehicles with plow and other power and manually operated tools and equipment used to perform snow removal.

The most important reason for waste collection is the protection of the environment and the health of the population.

Solid Waste Management is associated with control, generation, storage, collection, transport, of solid waste materials in a way that best addresses the range of public health, conservation, economics, aesthetic, engineering and other environmental considerations.

Waste collection includes activities such as placing waste collection bins, collecting waste from Waste those bins and accumulating trash in the location where the collection vehicles are emptied. Waste transfer and transport are the activities involved in moving waste from the local waste collection locations to the regional waste disposal site in large waste transport vehicles.

We possess different types and capacities of containers that are commonly used for storage instead of solid waste, which are mechanically emptied using a vehicle equipped with articulation mechanism.

Also, we possess container for the selection of recyclable materials. We deal with the following items and send them for recycling in the enterprise that do recycling Paper including newspaper and different types of cardboard and other waste paper. Plastic, which includes all kinds of plastic goods like plastic water bottles, containers, lids, etc. Cans / Metal comprising mainly of soft drink containers and used tins of food stuff. Glass comprising of bottles and jars of all types.

ROADS AND GROUNDS

We are responsible for the:
-  Repairing, replacing and patching of the bituminous, concrete and other road surfaces.
- Repairing and cleaning of the - culverts, storm sewers, gutters and other drainage facilities

- Filling low places and ruts in shoulders.
- Repairing and painting of the guardrails.

- Cleaning, repairing and painting of the bridges.

In general, road maintenance activities are broken down into routine, preventative, emergency, and planned maintenance. And the other activities as conducted outside of the road surface which include drainage ditching, tree trimming and vegetation control.

HAZMAT

NPN 'SARA' has been serving HAZMAT services for KFOR for over 6 years.

Our enterprise Provide the proper processes, procedures and documentation for the shipping, handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Identifying, removal, package, transportation, and dispose of hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead-based paint, waste oil, fuel, transmission fluid, radioactive materials, or contaminated soil.

• Dispose of harmful materials from a home, office, work site, public place, or other location.
• Ensure all procedures meet OSHA standards.
• Identify materials to dispose of, working with construction site manager.
• Transport to designated area or ground locales.
• Pour concrete over waste to cover it.
• Apply chemical compounds to lead-based paint.
• Scrape material into containers and remove.
• Use power tools to remove asbestos from walls or furniture.
• Operate machines to lift and remove waste.

Hazardous Materials Technicians are a group of technically trained and skilled personnel whose primary job is to respond to, mitigate, prevent and at times clean-up hazardous materials and or chemical.

CLEANING

NPN 'SARA' has been serving Cleaning services for KFOR for over 8 years.

Our enterprise Provide the proper cleaning, stocking and supplying of consumables designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Cleaners are required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Manager using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification and safe working procedures.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
- Using electronically powered scrubbing / polishing / vacuuming machines to scrub, polish, spray and clean floors (after receiving proper instruction and training)
- Dusting, damp wiping, washing or polishing the furniture, ledges, window sills and external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments
- Replenishing consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required
- Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
- Using chemical agents as directed by the Caretaker in the discharge of cleaning operation or maintenance procedures (after receiving proper instruction and training)
- Undertake wall washing or inside window pane cleaning to a height no greater than body height plus an arm’s extension from floor level, during periodic cleaning maintenance program.
